Eligibility and Acceptance

You must be at least 13 years old to use GlowArrows. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.

Service Description

GlowArrows is a mobile entertainment application that may include reward programs, promotional offers, and in-app advertising. Features, reward rules, and interface elements may be updated, limited, or discontinued at any time.

Account, Access, and Security

• You are responsible for activity on your device and within your app session.
• Do not share credentials or bypass authentication controls.
• Provide accurate information when requested for payouts or support.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use Rules

Prohibited conduct includes:

• Bots, scripts, emulators, or automation to manipulate rewards or ads
• Reverse engineering except where law permits

• Fraudulent withdrawals or manipulated ad impressions
• Violating applicable laws or harassing other users

Intellectual Property

All software, assets, trademarks, and content belong to us or licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use.

Third-Party Services

The app may integrate ads, analytics, and payment processors governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party practices beyond what we control.

Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using GlowArrows, you acknowledge that policy.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or pose a risk to platform integrity. You may stop using the app by uninstalling it.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from app use.

Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability is limited to the greater of amounts paid in the prior twelve months or USD $50, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GlowArrows and its operators from claims arising from your misuse of the app, breach of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.

Governing Law and Disputes

Changes to These Terms
